Location, Infrastructure and Resources:

• Deer Lake property (40 km²) covers gentle rolling terrain west of Little Fort in southern BC.
• Property is approximately a one-hour drive north of Kamloops.
• Highway 24 and numerous logging roads provide exceptionally good access.
• Kamloops, Barriere, Little Fort and Clearwater located along the North Thompson valley are strongly resource oriented and an ample source of labour and services.
• Highway 5 and a major CN rail line are situated nearby along the North Thompson River

History

• In the 1930s multi-ounce gold skarn type deposits were discovered near Deer Lake.
• From the 1960s to present - several companies and private individuals conducted exploration programs for gold bearing skarn and porphyry copper deposits.
• Several drill programs were conducted with most holes being shallow (<200 metres).

Geology:

• Deer Lake lies within a 1,000-km north-northwest trending geologic belt known as the Quesnel Trough.
• This prolific geologic belt hosts numerous base and precious metal porphyry and skarn type mineral deposits along with current and formerly producing mines.
• Major deposits in the southern Quesnel Trough include the Afton-Ajax (New Gold), Copper Mountain, Mt Polley (Imperial Metals), Highland Valley, Brenda, Craigmont and the Hedley gold skarns.
• The Deer Lake region is characterized by extensive but shallow glacial till so mineralization is often hidden.

Mineral Occurrences:

• Over 12 base and precious metal bedrock and float occurrences are known on the property.
• Gold-silver bearing felsic intrusive float indicates a significant and as yet undiscovered deposit type.

Historic Exploration Results:

• Historic drilling reported skarn mineralization containing 3.26 and 5.26 g/t Au over 4 metres and porphyry mineralization grading 0.17% Cu across 25 metres.
• Abundant magnetite-chalcopyrite skarn float were discovered in 2000 along a new logging road. Samples of a 1.3-metre boulder yielded 2.75% Cu, 4.44 g/t Au and 17 g/t Ag. Follow-up sampling discovered more magnetite-chalcopyrite float containing up to 14.9 g/t Au.
• Precious metal rich lead-zinc mineralization was discovered five kilometres to the southwest west at EC 60 with samples grading up to 11g/t Au, 80 g/t Ag and 5% combined Pb-Zn.
• Pyritic felsic intrusive float found 600 metres east off the road discovery assayed 20.7 g/t Au

2007 Exploration Program Highlights:

• Geophysical surveys defined distinct magnetic anomalies extending over 1.2 kilometres.
• Several new zones of Cu-Au bearing sulphide ± magnetite mineralization were discovered
• Lightning Zone, delineated over a 50+ metre (E-W) length by three trenches, consists of pyrrhotite-magnetite-chalcopyrite mineralization. Chalcopyrite rich float in one trench grades up to 6.5% Cu and 19.2 g/t Au.
• Road Zone found along new road consists of magnetite-pyrite-chalcopyrite skarn mineralization grading 0.39% Cu and 0.20 g/t Au over 9.85 m. Zone intersected in two holes
• Test Pit 3 excavated 50 metres east of Road showing exposed magnetite-chalcopyrite skarn grading 0.49% Cu and 5.8 g/t Au.
• Sulphide ±magnetite mineralization and skarn were intersected in most drill holes.
• Hole DL07-10, the most significant drill hole of the program, intersected four discrete Cu-Au mineralized zones and wide intervals of garnet rich skarn.
• This hole also intersected visible gold and 74.8 metres grading 0.006% Mo neither of which have ever been reported in any previous exploration programs.

2008 Exploration Program

Candorado is planning a systematic exploration program in 2008 that includes geophysical surveys to further define the mineralized zones and targets. Diamond drilling will continue to test and delineate the new mineralization discovered in late 2007. Geophysical and geochemical anomalies will be explored by trenching and drilling at Deer Lake and the EC 60 areas.
