	September 22, 2009 Candorado Closes $225,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
	Kelowna, British Columbia -- September 22, 2009 Candorado Operating Company Ltd. (the ''Company") (TSX VENTURE: CDO FRANKFURT/ BERLIN: HQU) is pleased to announce it has received TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-VE") final approval on September 15, 2009, for a non brokered private placement of 4,500,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for total proceeds of $225,000. Each unit consists of one common share plus one warrant entitling the investors to purchase one common share for a period of 24 months at a price of $0.10 per share. The proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund the Company's ongoing exploration programs on its British Columbia properties. In accordance with securities legislation currently in effect, the Shares, the Warrants and the Warrant Shares will be subject to a "hold period" of four months plus one day from closing expiring on January 16, 2010.
