	January 14, 2010 Candorado Announces 2,000,000 Unit Non-Brokered Private Placement
	Candorado Operating Company Ltd. (the ''Company") (TSX VENTURE: CDO FRANKFURT/ BERLIN: HQU) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for 2,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for total proceeds of $100,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share plus one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the investor to purchase one additional common share for a period of 24 months at a price of $0.10 per share. The private placement is subject to TSX-Venture Exchange approval and in accordance with the securities legislation currently in effect, all securities will be subject to a "hold period" of four months and one day from the date of issuance and closing. The proceeds of this private placement will be used to fund the Company's ongoing exploration commitments on its British Columbia properties and working capital.
